Our services included:
• initially work with Sylvia to create a marketing strategy and action plan to ensure that she is actively marketing and communicating her unique message to her target audience. We identified that her business needed to update their brand positioning to attract more tradespeople and professional service, and to communicate this through her existing (and loyal) clientele.
• develop an online presence via a new website and blog.
• professional photography and video to develop a more personal brand message.
• set up social media platforms and provide training and an action plan for regular posting.

OUTCOMES:
Sylvia was thrilled with the end result and it gave her more confidence to expand her business and show off her extensive knowledge through their new blog and social media plan. The new video highlighted the close business relationships she has with her clients and showed her main points of difference to her target audience.
