2 hour fact finding mission with the client,
to clearly layout the plan and document it, based on:
Current situation and target market
Research industry and like-industries doing similar things
Research potential strategic alliances
Action plan for next 12 months including a social media action plan for each platform being utilised, and associated day by day campaigns to gain greatest traction
Develop a clear new business development strategy
Timeline for each strategy with easy to follow action steps, including who will be actioning the work and deadlines
Highlight client ‘pain points’ to market around and create a strategy that appeals to client’s emotional buying cycle
Include a strategy for a VIP program, video marketing, client video testimonials and client-driven marketing through referral programs and private VIP FB group.

3-6 month ongoing marketing coaching
Meet every month for a 2 hour meeting to discuss the strategy and troubleshoot any challenges presented from the marketing plan. Weekly phone support is also offered through these months. Fee includes:
Ongoing coaching in all marketing tactics such as blogging/vlogging, social media strategy and writing for e-newsletters. Work direct with marketing assistant to follow the marketing plan
Training on how to create ongoing in-house videos for vlog, and uploading to Youtube channel
How to keep growing the database and continually engage with a national audience
How to manage the private Facebook group and work on the client referral program
Keep referring back to the action plan and ensuring that all activities are being covered by the team
