I don't know about you, but I thought 2016 was a pretty good year! I thought I'd do up a quick review of it and share with you what we did and some of the people that we helped. But more importantly, focus on what we want to achieve in the year ahead.
2016 was all about showing our clients to be who they truly are, and live through their higher values to deliver not only a great service, but a truly authentic and inspiring client experience. Our key message was always to never, ever be afraid to show people who you are and what you do. From the business owner through to your team, your families and your suppliers. People deal with people, and there is nothing more boring or uninspiring than watching the same old predictable advertising campaigns. It's better to show who you are and what you are about and run the risk of someone not liking you, than running the same old tired messages and boring everyone to tears! (And having nobody like you anyway!)
So grab a cuppa and watch the video, we recap the year, show a few highlights from our Birdsville - Broome trip, and I share with you a bit more about what's coming up, because it's always nice to reflect but it's even better to know what is lying ahead.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON IN THE UPCOMING YEAR?...
I've said this before but it's worth saying again, pretty soon, over 80% of digital content online is going to be video, and you need a strong marketing strategy to understanding how you are going to do this for your business and brand.
From professional and polished company videos, to educational 'how to videos', to regular video blogs and then more impromptu Facebook live videos... you need a clear cut strategy on how this is going to work for you and what you intend to get out of your marketing investment of time and hard earned $.
Most companies are feeling very left behind and not embracing the new technology that is available to everyone. It doesn't have to be that way, if there's anything that I've managed to prove this past year is that you don't need a big budget to create your own video content and keep in touch with your clients and prospects through smart social media and email marketing.
So enjoy the recap, and you know how to contact me if you want to learn more about how to brand yourself better and stay in front of your competition.
Cheers to 2016, and looking very forward to an exciting 2017!

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US:
This is what some of our clients say about working with Divine Creative Agency:
"Melissa Robson, owner of Divine Creative Agency, is one of the best in the business and nothing can be truer than the saying "you get what you pay for". Anything you do in business, spend the money on quality and get things done properly. Don't be a tight arse and a scrounge, otherwise nothing will change and you sit exactly where you are now. I can't recommend Melissa's services highly enough through custom website design blended with functionality to marketing planning, brochure design etc. Thanks for the thumping headache over the last two days Mel! It's been a good headache!!! So much info and awesome tools to move forward with!"
Dave Challinor, Owner
“Since working with Divine Creative Agency, our brand identity, sales material, signage, advertising, website and online marketing are now all congruent with each other. We now look, act and perform like a building company that is a leader in our industry, and it's no surprise that business is at an all time high."
Graham Matherson, Owner
“Before I started working with Divine Creative Agency, I wasn't absolutely convinced about the the whole concept of branding and marketing! But now that our advertising, website, online and offline marketing campaigns are far more consistent, strategic, and speaking directly to our target markets, MDC Campers is correctly positioned in the marketplace as the largest and most successful manufacturers of camper trailers. We now walk and talk our brand."
